Converse bank supports Sevan Startup summit 2018

YEREVAN, June 6, /ARKA/. From July 22 to 29, more than 1000 entrepreneurs from all over the world will gather in Sevan to take part in the gala event of Seaside Startup Summits 2018, the most anticipated event in the region. Ahead of its 25th anniversary Converse Bank will support Sevan Startup Summit events.

“Converse Bank constantly comes up with projects encouraging education and innovative thinking, by giving young people an opportunity to get a competitive education and bring their innovative ideas to life. At the same time, Converse Bank will install payment terminals in territory of the Summit in compliance with the spirit of the event, will show some banking technologies and will provide plastic cards to all participants of the event. Converse Bank will also award a special prize of USD 2000 to the best FinTech startup.

During the event, the startups will have an opportunity to meet with representatives of the investors and venture companies, to attend lectures and mentoring sessions, which will be held by successful entrepreneurs and business experts. The startups will participate in competitions based on their stage of development and field of operations. The overall prize fund will reach USD 50,000. The investment fund will make USD 100,000, and will be invested in 2 startups taking part in the acceleration program.
