Unibank completes placement of sixth issue bonds worth 500 million drams

YEREVAN, November 8. /ARKA/. Unibank said today it has completed the placement of the sixth issue of bonds denominated in Armenian drams, to the tune of 500 million drams.

According to the bank, the annual yield on the bonds is 10%, and the maturity period is 24 months. The coupon payments will be made quarterly.

The bonds will be redeemed on October 22, 2020 and will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia, that will allow them to be traded and effected for concrete repo transactions.

Unibank was established in 2001. In 2002, it introduced Unistream system. The key shareholder of the bank is UNIHOLDING GG LIMITED. In 2015, the bank was reorganized into an open joint stock company. ($1 – 487.82 drams). -0-
