Central bank of Armenia cuts refinancing rate to 5.75%

YEREVAN, August 13. /ARKA/. By Decision No. 1/305 A issued by the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 15, 2026, the Program Prospectus for the nominal coupon bonds of IKO MACHINARY LLC has been officially registered.

Recently, there has been an increase in cases of criminals luring citizens into suspicious financial transactions using their bank accounts or cryptocurrency accounts, as well as e-wallets or cards to transfer criminally obtained funds, in order to conceal their true origin and beneficiaries, according to a statement from the Central Bank of Armenia's press service.
