Acba bank: completely digital and 100% human-centered (video)

YEREVAN, September 9. /ARKA/. Smart banking, digital solutions, innovative technologies and new business models. Acba bank is transforming the classical banking system.

Three years ago the Acba bank launched an extensive digital transformation project. Having analyzed and researched the technology market, the platforms and proposed business solutions, the bank entered into a long-term partnership agreement with German SAP, the world’s leading business solutions company.

“It was a big challenge for the bank; we realized that in the short term we could lag behind our competitors in some instruments and products. But we understood that in the end there was no alternative to such a large-scale digital transformation. The introduction of such technologies allows us to create new business solutions on a better basis, which contribute to increasing the efficiency of our business and are one of the cornerstones of our development,” said Tigran Simonyan, Deputy General Director for Platforms and Technology Development at Acba bank.
