Armenia’s central bank raises refinancing rate by 0.5% to 7.75%

YEREVAN, December 14. /ARKA/. Armenian Central Bank’s Board has decided today to raise the refinancing rate by 0.5% to 7.75%.

According to the regulator, the Lombard repo rate was raised to 9.25% and the borrowing rate to 6.25%.

On September 14, 2021 the Central Bank had reviewed the refinancing rate by raising it by 0.25 p.p. to 7.25%. -0-
