Armenia’s 12-month inflation at 8.1% in February

YEREVAN, March 3. /ARKA/. Armenia’s 12-month consumer price index in February 2023 amounted to 8.1%, the National Statistical Committee (NSC) reported. It said compared to January 2023 prices rose in February by 0.1% 

Armenian government’s growth projection for 2023 is 7%, while inflation is set at 4% (±1.5%). Armenia’s economic activity was up 10.5% in January 2023 from January 2022. The Central Bank expects inflation to stabilize around the target 4% in the second half of 2023. -0-
