Twelve-month inflation in the Armenian consumer market in July of this year was 4.5%, according to a report from the Statistical Committee.

The net inflow of cross-border transfers to individuals in Armenia, received from abroad through the Armenian banking system, amounted to $1.38 billion in January-June 2026, compared to $587.6 million in January-June 2025, according to a report from the Central Bank of the Republic.

Moody's, the international rating agency, simultaneously raised the outlook on Armenia's sovereign credit rating and changed the outlook on Acba Bank's Ba3 long-term deposit and issuer ratings from "stable" to "positive."

The total capital of Armenian credit institutions in the first half of 2026 amounted to 467.14 billion drams, an increase of 1.99% compared to the end of the first quarter and 2.82% compared to the beginning of the current year.

In July 2026, the average exchange rate of the Armenian dram to the US dollar in Armenia was 366.8 drams (in July 2025, the exchange rate was 384.1 drams).
