Due to the failure of ArCa,  Central Bank of Armenia recommends that people apply to banks for loan repayment.

YEREVAN, July 29. /ARKA/. If citizens are unable to repay their credit obligations due to problems with the ArCa payment system, they can contact the banks and credit organizations that service them, the regulator told the ARKA news agency.

Earlier, the Armenian Card Company reported that, due to technical re-equipment and system improvements, ArCa payment system services were temporarily unavailable starting at 11:46 a.m.

The regulator assured that the rest of the infrastructure facilities servicing the financial system are operating normally and that there have been no interruptions in the provision of interbank services. -0-
