Ranking of the most profitable banks in Armenia based on results of second quarter of 2025

YEREVAN, August 4. /ARKA/. ARKA news agency publishes the ranking of the most profitable commercial banks in Armenia based on the results of the second quarter of 2025.

The net profit of the banking system of Armenia in the reporting period amounted to 101.4 billion drams against 99.1 billion drams received in the first quarter of the same year, providing an increase of 2.29%. It should be noted that the net profit indicator for the second quarter of 2024 amounted to 86.01 billion drams.

Of the 17 operating banks in Armenia, all worked with a profit. At the same time, 12 banks increased their profit compared to the beginning of the year, and 5 banks saw a decrease in profit.

According to the ranking of the ARKA news agency, the top 5 banks in terms of profit for the second quarter are: Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, ACBA Bank, Evocabank and Inecobank. The top five account for 72.7% or 73.7 billion drams of the total banking profit.

According to ARKA news agency, Ardshinbank became the most profitable bank in the country in the second quarter of 2025, retaining its leading position. The bank’s net profit amounted to 33.02 billion drams, decreasing by 7.6% compared to the first quarter of this year.

Ameriabank is in second place with a profit of 16.5 billion drams, an increase of 3% per quarter.

ACBA Bank is third, having received a profit of 9.4 billion drams in the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 21.1% compared to the first quarter of this year).

The fourth line of the ARKA news agency ranking is occupied by Evocabank with a profit of 7.49 billion drams, which increased by 25.9% compared to the first quarter of 2025.

Inecobank is in third place in the top five for the second quarter of this year. Its profit amounted to 7.24 billion drams (an increase of 3.1% compared to January-March of this year).
