YEREVAN, August 17. /ARKA/. Today, “AGROVISION” CJSC, a company operating in the agro-industrial sector, became a listed company on the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX).
The company is primarily engaged in investments across various segments of the agri-food sector, the trade of agricultural products, and the provision of technical support and professional consulting services in different areas of agriculture. Through its subsidiaries, “AGROVISION” CJSC represents agricultural machinery, equipment, tools, and other supplies manufactured by leading global producers in the local market, taking into account local demand.
The traditional “bell-ringing” ceremony took place at the Exchange, officially marking the Company’s entry into the capital market.
Starting from August 17, investors will have the opportunity to participate in the exchange trading of “AGROVISION” CJSC bonds by applying to banks or investment companies that are members of the exchange.
“AGROVISION” CJSC bonds, with a total nominal volume of 800,000,000 AMD, have been included in the secondary Bbond list of the Armenia Stock Exchange. A total of 8000 bonds have been listed, each with a nominal value of 100,000 AMD, a coupon yield of 13%, and a circulation period of 36 months. It will also be possible to conduct negotiated trades and conclude repo transactions with these bonds.
The placement of the bonds was carried out from July 3 to 22, 2026, through “Dimension” CJSC, a member of the Inecо Group of Companies.
The CEO of the Armenia Stock Exchange, Hayk Yeganyan, stated:
