YEREVAN, September 9. /ARKA/. Bonds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with a total nominal value of 5,000,000,000 AMD have been listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX), the AMX press service reported.
Starting September 8, investors will be able to participate in exchange trading of EBRD bonds by contacting banks or investment companies that are members of the exchange.
The EBRD bonds have been included in the Abond main list of the Armenia Securities Exchange. The listing comprises 500 bonds with a par value of 10,000,000 AMD each, a floating coupon rate, and a maturity of 36 months. The bonds are also available for direct trading and repo transactions. The bond placement took place on July 7, 2026, on the AMX platform via auction. Converse Bank acted as the underwriter of the issue.
