Donate Blood, Save Lives: Idram&IDBank

YEREVAN, October 8./ ARKA/. To support the replenishment of necessary blood supplies and promote a culture of blood donation, Idram and IDBank have joined the voluntary blood donation initiative organized by the Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center.

Employees of both companies actively participated in the initiative: for some team members, it was a first-time experience, while for others, a well-established tradition.

Sona Manucharyan, Human Capital Management Director at IDBank, highlighted the importance of the initiative, noting that for the team, this serves as another opportunity to demonstrate their readiness and unity in practice.

“Blood donation is a simple yet effective step through which we can support those in need. In our team, we are always guided by the principle that big changes start with small steps. Today, we are taking precisely that kind of step by taking part in the blood donation initiative, fully aware that our contribution – though seemingly small at first glance – can save lives,” said Sona Manucharyan.

According to Astghik Zilfimyan, Head of HR Department at Idram, social responsibility is not just a concept for the Idram team; it is an integral part of the company’s corporate culture.

“Today, our employees have joined the blood donation initiative, believing that each of us has the opportunity to save human lives. As an HR leader, it is important for me to see that our team is ready to unite around such initiatives as well. Through our participation, we also want to draw attention to the importance of blood donation and encourage others to join this initiative,” noted Astghik Zilfimyan.

Idram and IDBank continue to participate in such important social initiatives, contributing to the strengthening of the culture of corporate responsibility in society.
