Sergey Ignatev, Head of Bank of Russia,Jean-Claude Trichet, Head of European Central Bank, Mervyn King, Head of Bank of England, Erkki Liikanen, Head of Bank of Finland, John Lipski, first deputy director of IMF and Erve Ganun, first deputy director of banks of international calculations will have speeches in the conference.
