Ranking of the Most Profitable Credit Institutions in Armenia for the First Half of 2026

YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. ARKA News Agency publishes a ranking of the most profitable credit institutions in Armenia for the first half of 2026.

The total net profit (after tax) of Armenia’s credit institutions for the first half of 2026 amounted to 21.02 billion drams, compared to 30.73 billion drams in the first half of 2025 (a 1.46-fold, or 31.6%, decline).

Of the 44 credit institutions, 10 ended the reporting period with a loss, which affected the dynamics of the aggregate indicator.

According to the ARKA News Agency ranking, Bnakaran Yeritasardnerin was the most profitable credit institution for the period January-June 2026. The company’s net profit (after tax) amounted to 6.05 billion drams, compared to 4.40 billion drams for January-June 2025.

ACBA-Leasing ranks second with a profit of 3.25 billion drams (compared to 2.90 billion for the same period last year).

Global Credit ranks third, with a profit of 2 billion drams in the first half of 2026, compared to 988.6 million drams a year earlier.

Aregak ranks fourth, with a profit of 1.87 billion drams (compared to 2 billion drams in January-June 2025).

National Mortgage completes the top five with a net profit of 1.67 billion drams (compared to 1.5 billion drams in the first half of last year).
