Central Bank auctions 500 million drams worth short-term government bonds

YEREVAN, March 17. / ARKA /. The Central Bank of Armenia said it has auctioned today 500 million drams worth short-term government (treasury) bonds of AMGT26159143 issue maturing in 26 weeks.

It said 877 million drams worth bids had been made, of which 852 million drams worth bids were competitive.

Five dealers participated in the auction of bonds with weighted average yield of 7.9114 % and 8.0052 % cut-off point. The Central Bank said profit after placement amounted to 480,770,886 drams ($ 1 – 414.56 drams). -0-
