Armenia’s Central Bank places short-term government bonds worth 500mln drams

YEREVAN, May 12. /ARKA/. The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has placed short-term government treasury bonds of AMGT39092158 series worth 500 million drams, the CBA press office reported.

The maturity period of the bonds is 39 weeks, says the report.

Total volume of bids is 1,204 million drams, including 1,154 million drams under non-competitive bids.

A total of 4 traders took part in the auction. Average weighted bond yield was 7.9586 %, with cutting point at 7.9898 %. Profit after placement amounted to 471,541,266 drams ($1=413.19drams). –0-
