Vigen Barseghyan actting as Areximbank – Gazprombank Group CEO

YEREVAN, December 20./ARKA/. Areximbank –Gazprombank Group CJSC CEO Advisor Yelena Markova confirmed today the word of CEO Armen Khandkaryan’s resignation.

«Armen Khandkaryan’s resignation was motivated by his personal plans,» she told ARKA News Agency.

She said that Vigen Barseghyan, former deputy of Khandkaryan, acts for him now and the bank continues operating as always.

Areximbank-Gazprombank Group was established in August 1998. In 2007, it became a subsidiary of Russia’s biggest bank, Gazprombank.

The bank’s assets totaled AMD 130 billion and liabilities AMD 109.6 billion in early October 2014. Its loan portfolio amounted to AMD 75 billion and capital to AMD 20.4 billion. ($1 – AMD 464. 57). –0–
