VTB Bank (Armenia) offers new Visa Chatbot and Chatbot Consierge services to holders of premium Visa and MasterCard cards

YEREVAN, May 17. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) said today it offers new Visa Chatbot and Chatbot Consierge services to holders of premium Visa and MasterCard cards.

According to the press service of the bank, Visa Chatbot and Chatbot Consierge are free services, which   free customers from dealing with everyday trifling matters, enabling them to quickly resolve important issues that require additional time and experience, to be sure that they have a personal online assistant at their disposal 24/7,  to speak fluently in a language convenient for the client,  ready to support any conversation, discuss questions of interest and knows the main rule: “The client is always right … even if not always.”

The concierge works strictly confidentially and will help the client find a way out of a force majeure situation.

Visa Chatbot and Chatbot Concierge enable holders of premium cards of VTB Bank (Armenia) to ask an unlimited number of any type questions: deliver goods and services, book hotels and tables in restaurants and clubs, search for contacts of any institutions, organize online events and travel, assist in claiming lost luggage, rent a house or a car, offer legal support, provide any background information, even about exchange rates, weather, various events and other information.

Visa Chatbot is a free service for holders of Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards of VTB Bank (Armenia), which provides up-to-date information on benefits, special offers, discounts and privileges while traveling, as well as offers a 24/7 concierge service.

The service is available in Telegram, Viber or Facebook messengers. The service also allows  convenient and secure money transfers to Visa card.

To register in the Visa Chatbot, the client needs to select one of the preferred messengers, go to the application and select the level of his/her card, after which he/she will be able to see information about the current partner programs, a list of available services, including the concierge services in Telegram messengers, Viber or phone number + 995706070309 / or email [email protected]. or

For holders of MasterCard World Black Edition premium cards, VTB Bank (Armenia) offers to use the Chatbot Concierge service – this is a simple and convenient service for remote communication between a cardholder and a professional team of MasterCard Concierge personal assistants 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, without holidays and weekends.

The Chatbot Concierge service is easy to use: the bank’s client needs to go to the website https://konsierge.com/lite.html from a mobile phone, choose a convenient messenger, click on the icon and follow the specified link to register.

Next, the client should enter his/her mobile phone number and the first 6 digits of the card number, confirm the phone number with the code from the SMS message, return to the messenger and start using the Chatbot Concierge. The client can send a request to the concierges online through the Chatbot Consierge in the selected messenger, by phone +37441121362 or by e-mail [email protected]. For MasterCard cardholders, 4 messengers are available to choose from – WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Facebook Messenger.
