VTB Bank (Armenia) offers users of Chatbank DIRECT service preferential terms for deposits and loans

YEREVAN, January 18. /ARKA/. Users of Chatbank DIRECT can take advantage of preferential terms when applying for VTB Bank (Armenia) loans and deposits in AMD and USD, the bank said today.

The Chatbank DIRECT is available on the platform of WhatsApp and Facebook messengers. According to the bank, a customer can use  the technological chat-bot to apply for a loan, make a deposit, and get fast money transfers to the card directly through messengers.  Current customers of the bank can also get information about the bank’s products and services.

All services are available instantly in the messenger where the client  communicates with family, friends and colleagues. The messenger service is free of charge, and all the client needs to have is a smartphone and Internet access.

VTB Bank (Armenia) offers new possibilities and advantages to the users of Chatbank DIRECT service when making bank transactions through chat-bot.

With a couple of clicks, through the chat-bot individual clients can get a loan at 1% lower interest rate than the current one.

And when opening a deposit in AMD and USD through the chat-bot DIRECT, the interest rate is set at 0.2% higher than the effective rate for that type of deposit.

One can become a customer of VTB Bank (Armenia) through Chatbank DIRECT without visiting a bank branch. All one needs to do is specifying his/her personal data and go through biometric identification: make selfies and take photos of their  ID document. After that a bank card will be opened and its physical analogue will be available at the branch.

To start using Chatbank  DIRECT the client needs to follow the link or add the phone number of the bank (+374) 8000-8787 to the contact list and send the command “Start” in the messenger WhatsApp. Or he/she can follow the link in Facebook messenger and then enter the command “Start”, or send a message with the word “Start” on the official page of the bank in Facebook.
