AraratBank: an underwriter of AMD and USD bonds for FINCA UCO CJSC

YEREVAN, April 12, /ARKA/. AraratBank will act as an underwriter of AMD and USD denominated nominal coupon bonds, scheduled to be issued by FINCA UCO CJSC on April 20, 2022.

According to the press service of AraratBank, bonds for a total volume of AMD 300,000,000 with а coupon yield of 12.5% per annum and USD 1,400,000 with a coupon yield of 6.5% per annum will be placed. The nominal value of AMD denominated bonds will stand at AMD 10,000, while the nominal value of USD denominated bonds at USD 25. The maturity period of AMD and USD denominated bonds is 24 months. -0-
