Board of the Central Bank of Armenia left the refinancing rate unchanged at 6.50%

YEREVAN, February 3. /ARKA/. At its meeting on February 3, the Board of the Central Bank of Armenia kept the refinancing rate at 6.50%.

According to the regulator’s press service, the Lombard repo rate and the cash attraction rate remained unchanged at 8.00% and 5.00%.

The Board of the Central Bank of Armenia has been continuously lowering the refinancing rate since June 2023, gradually increasing it from 10.75% to 6.75% in February 2025. On December 16, 2025 the regulator lowered the rate by 0.25% to 6.5%.
