Assets of Armenian banks increased by 16.67% to 13.15 trillion drams as of the end of Q1 2026

YEREVAN, April 20. /ARKA/. Total assets of Armenian banks as of March 31, 2026, amounted to 13.1 trillion drams, an increase of 16.67% compared to March 31, 2025.

As of December 31, 2025, banking sector assets amounted to 12.83 trillion drams, a quarterly increase of 2.51%.

This is according to the ARKA news agency’s bulletin “Performance Indicators of Armenian Banks. Operational Data for Q1 2026,” compiled based on Armenian banks’ reports published in accordance with IFRS.
