Armenian commercial banks transferred 116.2 billion drams to the state budget for January-June 2026

YEREVAN, July 27. /ARKA/. All 17 operating commercial banks in Armenia were included in the list of the country’s 1,000 largest taxpayers for the first half of 2026, according to data from the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

The total amount of tax and customs payments transferred by all 17 commercial banks amounted to 116.16 billion drams, of which approximately 115 billion drams were tax payments and 1.16 billion drams were customs payments.

Ardshinbank was the largest taxpayer among banks, ranking third in the overall ranking with payments to the state budget of 33.6 billion drams. Ameriabank also made the top ten, ranking sixth with payments of 22.15 billion drams.

Acba Bank also made the top 20 largest taxpayers in the country, ranking 18th with payments of 10.62 billion drams.

According to the State Revenue Committee, Inecobank ranked 21st (8.03 billion drams), Converse Bank 30th (5.55 billion drams), Evocabank 31st (5.49 billion drams), ID Bank 34th (4.96 billion drams), VTB (Armenia) 37th (4.65 billion drams), Armeconombank 43rd (4.20 billion drams), Araratbank 51st (3.74 billion drams), ArmSwissbank 61st (3.09 billion drams), AMIO Bank 72nd (2.56 billion drams), Fast Bank 82nd (2.29 billion drams), Mellat Bank 111th (1.65 billion drams), Unibank 117th. (1.56 billion drams), Artsakhbank is 139th (1.32 billion drams), and Byblos Bank Armenia is 290th (697.59 million drams).

The Central Bank of Armenia is also listed among the country’s largest taxpayers, ranking 141st with payments of 1.28 billion drams.

According to the State Revenue Committee, the 1,000 largest taxpayers in Armenia transferred over 1.109 trillion drams in taxes and customs duties to the state budget in the first half of 2026. Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine tops the list (41.61 billion drams in payments), Mobile Center Art is second (38.16 billion drams), and Ardshinbank is third (33.60 billion drams).
