YEREVAN, August 11. /ARKA/. IDBank’s initiative dedicated to thanking customers and surprising them without any special occasion was held at the “Erebuni” Branch. Hosting the traditional Customer Appreciation Day at different branches is an important part of the Bank’s mission to stay closer to its customers.

According to Seda Avagyan, Head of the Customer Experience Management Department at IDBank, the project has received a strong response from customers, placing an even greater responsibility on the Bank to remain consistent both in improving service quality and in landscaping and enhancing the surrounding areas.

“As a socially responsible organization, IDBank considers it essential not only to provide high-quality financial services, but also to demonstrate ongoing care for the environment in which it operates.
