YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. UATE Expo LLC (UATE) is entering the capital markets by listing its bonds on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX), the exchange’s press service reported.
Starting August 31, investors can participate in exchange trading of UATE Expo bonds by contacting banks or investment firms that are members of the exchange.
UATE Expo bonds with a total nominal value of 763,750,000 Armenian drams have been included in the secondary exchange listing Bbond. The par value of 10,000 bonds is 76,375 drams, the coupon yield is 13%, and the maturity is 36 months. The bonds are also available for direct trading and repo transactions. The bond placement was conducted from January 26 to May 19, 2026, through Sirius Capital CJSC.
UATE Expo plans to use the proceeds from the bond issue to ensure financial stability, optimize its debt burden, and expand and diversify its revenue sources.
