Acba Bank is a market maker for EBRD bonds in Armenia

YEREVAN, September 16. /ARKA/. Acba Bank will act as a market maker for dram-denominated bonds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on the Armenia Securities Exchange (ASE), ensuring their liquidity in the secondary market, the bank’s press service reported.

The bonds have been listed and included in the ASE Main Bond List (Abond). Main terms of the bonds:

Total issue volume: 5,000,000,000 drams

Parallel value per bond: 10,000,000 drams

Quantity: 500 bonds

Maturity: 36 months

Coupon yield: floating

Acba Bank, as a market maker, will ensure regular availability of buy and sell orders for these bonds on the stock exchange, providing investors with high liquidity and transparent pricing.

The bank is controlled by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
