Unibank’s AMD 6.9 billion Perpetual Bonds Listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange

YEREVAN, October 6. /ARKA/. Unibank’s AMD-denominated perpetual bonds with a total nominal volume of AMD 6.9 billion have been listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange and included in the secondary Bbond list of bonds. Addressed trading and repo transactions are permitted for the bonds. The annual coupon yield of the perpetual bonds is set at 13.25% for the first 36 months, after which a floating interest rate will apply. 

The issuance was intended for Unibank shareholders, expanding their opportunities for a long-term investment. In 2025, Unibank became the first bank in Armenia to issue perpetual bonds. The introduction of this new instrument marked a significant development for Armenia’s securities market, contributing to the development of the capital market.

The total volume of bonds issued by the Bank and listed on the Armenia Securities Exchange exceeds AMD 50 billion.
