Unibank has issued perpetual bonds with an annual coupon yield of 13.2%

YEREVAN, October 7./ ARKA/. Unibank announces a new issue of perpetual bonds denominated in AMD. The total issue volume is AMD 3 billion, with the placement scheduled to continue until 4 December 2026.

The perpetual bonds offer investors the opportunity to receive regular coupon income over the long term. The annual coupon rate is set at 13.2% for the first 36 months. Thereafter, it will be calculated by adding 6% to the yield to maturity calculated for the 3-month maturity of the government bond yield curve. Coupon income will be paid quarterly.

The nominal value of one bond is AMD 10,000. The minimum purchase amount is AMD 1,000,000.

Funds raised through the perpetual bonds issued by the Bank are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund, within the amount, procedure and terms stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Guaranteeing Compensation of Bank Deposits of Individuals.”
