35 Years of Trust: IDBank Celebrates with Its Customers

YEREVAN, October 15. /ARKA/. IDBank continues its series of events marking its 35th anniversary, this time celebrating together with its customers. Throughout the day, all IDBank branches were filled with a festive atmosphere, and customers were welcomed with surprises and gifts. Customers visiting the branches for their banking transactions had the opportunity to win themed gifts by spinning the wheel of fortune.

Throughout its 35-year history, customers have always been at the heart of IDBank’s operations.

“Over the years, services have evolved and technologies have advanced, but our goal has remained unchanged: to stand by our customers, understand their needs, and offer modern, convenient banking solutions. We are grateful to our customers for their years of trust and for choosing IDBank. This trust inspires us to continue growing, introducing new solutions, and improving every day for our customers,” said Tigran Ayvazyan, Retail Business Director at IDBank.

At IDBank’s “Baghramyan” branch, customers were treated to an extra surprise. In addition to festive gifts, they had the chance to win a personally signed copy of Ara Tadevosyan’s book, Up and Down Baghramyan.

“We have been collaborating with IDBank on a wide range of initiatives for many years. When my book was published a month ago, we came up with the idea of preparing a special surprise for customers at IDBank’s Baghramyan Avenue branch, which is, I think, one of the oldest bank branches in Armenia. In the book, I share my memories and stories about Baghramyan Avenue, which may be particularly meaningful to customers living in the area,” said Ara Tadevosyan, author of Up and Down Baghramyan.

As part of its anniversary celebrations, IDBank continues to surprise both the city of Yerevan and its customers with special gifts.
