Idram and IDBank Participated in the Opening of My Forest Armenia’s Pavilion at COP17

YEREVAN, October 20. /ARKA/. The opening of the “Forest Biodiversity: An Immersive Experience” exhibition by the “My Forest Armenia” NGO took place in the Green Zone of COP17, with representatives of IDBank and Idram in attendance.

Using various technologies and multimedia content, the exhibition offers visitors a unique experience, showcasing the rich biodiversity of forests both above and below the ground. Visitors first find themselves “deep inside” the forest and then “descend” underground, discovering the connections and interdependence between different forms of life.

The exhibition was made possible with the support of the “Power of One Dram” initiative implemented by Idram and IDBank, the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation, and the Embassies of Belgium and Germany in Armenia.

According to Mher Abrahamyan, Chairman of the Management Board of IDBank, this joint project with “My Forest Armenia” is of particular significance: “This exhibition is an initiative made possible through collective efforts, in which each of us must take responsibility and demonstrate the importance of nature conservation through concrete actions. We must do everything possible to ensure a greener, more sustainable, and more prosperous Armenia not only for the present, but also for future generations.”

Arsen Kdenian, CEO of Idram, emphasized the priority the company places on environmental initiatives, stating: “We are proud to be part of this initiative. Our cooperation with My Forest Armenia and the creation of the “Symphonic Forest“ fully reflects our strategy of achieving large-scale change through small steps. We are confident that every dram donated and every forest planted represent an important environmental contribution and clear evidence of public unity.”

Andre Gumuchdjian, Founder and Executive Director of My Forest Armenia, highly appreciated the cooperation with Idram and IDBank, noting: “Forests play a fundamental role in sustaining life on our planet. We are confident that everyone who sees this exhibition will never look at forests the same way again. We invite all COP17 participants, visitors to the capital, and residents of Armenia to experience this exceptional exhibition.”
