”Dili Town” in Dilijan: A hotel complex with 96 partners plans to enter the international market

YEREVAN, November 2. /ARKA/. Seven years ago, the Dili Town concept existed only as an idea, but today it has been realized as a complex unique in Armenia – a “city within a city.”

Dili Town is based on an unusual model: the complex combines hotel rooms, townhouses, a restaurant, a spa center, and other amenities, each with its own owner, while centralized management and maintenance are provided by the Dili Town team.

Acba Bank think about the idea of creating a hotel with a similar concept from the very beginning, originating with the complex’s founder, Bakur Melkonyan, and provided the necessary financing.

“I made my first sale with a single Facebook post, after which we sold 14 more townhouses. “The buyers were people who, without even seeing the site, believed in the project and the idea of owning their own home in Dilijan,” notes Bakur Melkonyan, founder of Dili Town.
According to him, Acba Bank was one of the first to believe in the project.

“The bank saw our potential, our capabilities, and supported us from the very beginning. All townhouses, apartments, and hotel rooms have owners. We have 96 partners here. We only own the spa center, restaurant, and gyms,” Melkonyan said.

The next step is to create an international network based on a partnership model, where owners will be able to invest in hotels located in different countries.

The bank’s activities are regulated by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
