Create your Visa Digital from Unibank for purchases and transfers

YEREVAN, November 5. /ARKA/. Unibank offers Visa Digital cards for money transfers as well as online and in-store purchases. For contactless payments, simply add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay with your smartphone. Visa Digital can be issued instantly through the UNIMobile app, without visiting a branch. Card issuance is free for resident customers.

To get a card, open the UNIMobile app, go to “Cards” → “New Card” and select Visa Digital Card. Then choose your preferred design and currency — AMD, USD or EUR. The card is ready to use immediately after issuance. Its details, including the card number, expiry date and CVV code, are available in the app.

Visa Digital can be topped up at any time by transferring funds from other cards or accounts. It is particularly convenient for shopping on international websites and paying for subscriptions, bookings and other online services. Using a separate card for these transactions helps customers control spending and enhance payment security: they can top up the card with the amount needed for a specific purchase.

Developing online services is one of Unibank’s priorities. By offering convenient and secure solutions for everyday payments, the Bank also promotes more responsible use of resources. Visa Digital eliminates the need for a plastic card while retaining the familiar features of a bank card.
Unibank’s commitment to sustainable development is reflected in its assessment by Agents for Impact GmbH: the Bank received a B++ Sustainability Alignment Rating.
