Some $61.1 million purchased and $80.2 million sold at Armenian Forex market October 17-23

YEREVAN, October 23, /ARKA/. Armenian commercial banks purchased about $61.1 million at Armenian Forex market between October 17-23 at the average weighted exchange rate of 385.96 Drams per one USD, the Central Bank of Armenia said to ARKA Friday.

In the same time span a total of $80.2 billion were sold at l 387.26 Drams average weighted exchange rate PER one USD. Also a total of $350 worth deals were concluded at interbank market at 387.3 Drams per one USD.

The aggregate volume of deals in USD at
NASDAQ OMX Armenia between October 17-23 totaled $8.5 million at 385.53 Drams per one USD.

Besides, the volume of credits extended by Armenian commercial banks on October 12-18 totaled 16.2 billion Drams and $29.4 million ($1 – 385. 85 драма).
