Mortgage Loans Became Available In August In Armenia Due To The Decrease Of Average Rate To 12.7%

YEREVAN, September 23. /ARKA/. Mortgage loans in Armenia became more available in a year, states the site of the Armenian Central Bank. Average percent rate in August for dram and foreign currency loans was 12.7% compared to the indicators of 13.4% and 14.5% in August 2010.

Along with this, average percent rate of short-term credits provided by commercial banks of Armenia in August was 17.4% reduced by 1.9 p.p. compared to August 2010, and for foreign currency credits – 11.8% reduced by 1 p.p.

In August, average percent rate of long-term credits in drams was 17.8% instead of 17.36% in August 2010, and foreign currency credits – 12% instead of 12.86%. –0—
