Armenian banks report a 1.5 percent rise in clientele base in March

YEREVAN, May 8, /ARKA/. The overall number of twenty-one Armenian banks’ customers grew by 1.5% in 2012 as opposed to the previous month of February to 1,414,352 people, according to numbers, released by the National Statistical Service.

Some 95.1% or 1,344,346 people were individual customers. Their number increased by 1.5% from February. The number of corporate customers saw a 0.4% rise to 70,006. ($1- 392.13 drams). -0-
