Ranking of Armenia’s Most Profitable Banks for the Third Quarter of 2025

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. The ARKA News Agency has released a ranking of the most profitable commercial banks in Armenia for the third quarter of 2025.

The net profit of the banking sector in Armenia during this reporting period reached 107.2 billion drams, which is an increase from 99.8 billion drams in the second quarter of this year (a rise of 7.39%) and 92.6 billion drams in the third quarter of 2024 (an increase of 15.75%).

Among the 17 banks operating in Armenia, all reported profits.

Eleven banks experienced an increase in their profits since the start of the year, while six banks reported a decline.

According to the ranking, the top five banks by profitability for the third quarter are: Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, ACBA Bank, Inecobank, and Amio Bank.

Ardshinbank retained its position as the most profitable bank in the country for the third quarter of 2025, with a net profit of 34.46 billion drams, reflecting a 5.87% increase compared to the third quarter of 2024.

Ameriabank holds the second position with a profit of 18.52 billion drams, marking a 29.15% increase compared to the same quarter last year.

ACBA Bank is in third place, reporting a profit of 9.36 billion drams in the third quarter of 2025, which is a 10.69% increase compared to the same quarter last year.

Inecobank is ranked fourth in the ARKA listing with a profit of 6.9 billion drams, although this represents a decrease of 5.61% compared to the third quarter of 2024.

Amio Bank completes the top five banks for this quarter, with a profit of AMD 5.02 billion, a significant increase from AMD 738.652 million in the third quarter of 2024, equating to a 579.40% rise.

The profit ranking is derived from the ARKA news agency’s bulletin, “Performance Indicators of Armenian Banks. Update for Q3 2025,” which is based on reports from Armenian banks published in accordance with IFRS.
