YEREVAN, August 9. / ARKA /. Armenian Ministry of Finance said it is preparing to issue the first issue of eurobonds.
“We have selected Deutsche Bank AG London Branch , HSBC Bank plc and JPMorgan Securities plc as the main underwriters”, the ministry said.
It said the government has approved a draft decision on the signing of relevant agreements with them.
The concept to issue foreign currency-denominated bonds was approved by the government in May. -0-
