Buying price of gold ups 3.2 percent in Armenia

YEREVAN, February 17. / ARKA /. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of the Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week.

The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold is to be bought at 15,735.91 drams (+486.413) and sold at 17,105.25 drams (+528.73); silver is to be bought at 248.42 drams (+ 9.69)  and sold at 270.02 drams (+10.53 drams); platinum is to be bought at 17,051.98 drams (+272.64) and sold at 18,534.76 drams (+296.35); palladium is to be bought at 8,837 (+213.13 and sold at  9,605.43 drams (231.66 drams. ($1 – 411.79 drams). -0-
