Gold price down 2.5 percent in Armenia

YEREVAN, June 2. / ARKA /. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices for government agencies to buy and sell precious stones and metals which are effective for this week. The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals.

The gold is to be bought at 15, 432.66 drams (down 393.14 drams) and sold at 16,773.63 drams (down 427.33 drams); silver is to be bought at 233.06 drams (down 4.59 drams) and sold at 253.33 drams (down 4.99 drams); platinum is to be bought at 17,843.18 drams (down 237.48 drams) and sold at 19,394.76 drams (down 258.13); palladium is to be bought at 10, 2003 99 drams (up 97.87) and sold at 11,088.03 drams (up 106.38 drams.
