Araratbank recognized as the best member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange in 2014

YEREVAN, February 23. / ARKA /. Araratbank was recognized as the best member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange in 2014 for the third consecutive year, the head of the stock exchange,  Konstantin Saroyan, said today.

He said 2014 was quite successful for the stock exchange – EBRD and IFC issued dram-denominated bonds, the exchange opened a nominal account with t Clearstream Banking Luxemburg Clearstream Deutsche Börse Group and anther account with the Central Depository of Russia. It also was actively involve din introduction of funded pension system.

Also the Central Depository of Armenia was granted a full member status of the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA).

Other winners were Armenbrok that was recognized as the best  player in the market of  corporate bonds last year.  Ardshinbank was recognized as the winner in the category “Best Participants of  Government Bond Market.”

Ameriabank was named the best member of the exchange market. It was also named the winner in the category of Best Repo and Swap transactions. Araratbank was named also the winner in the category of  best participant of credit resources. Arzuman Dalakyan was named the winner in the category “Best Partner of the Stock Exchange.”
