Loan portfolio of Armenian banks’ branches in Karabakh stood at 94,111.3 mln drams on March 1

STEPANAKERT, March 12. /ARKA/. Total loan portfolio of branch offices of the Armenian commercial banks in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) stood at 94,111.3 million drams as of March 1, 2015, an increase of 20.6% compared to the same period of 2014.

Armenia’s National Statistical Service says that it was a 1.6% reduction compared to the month before.
Foreign currency loans account for 67% of the overall loan portfolio; overdue loans are 1.4%.

As of March 1, 2015, deposits in branch offices amounted to a total of 57,777 million drams, an increase of 3% compared to the same period of last year and an increase of 1.4% against February 2015.

Time deposits are 74.9% of all deposits; call deposits and target deposits account for 16.2% and 8.9% respectively. –0–
