Armenia’s nine-month inflation is 4.7%

YEREVAN, October 20 / ARKA /. Consumer prices in Armenia in the first nine months of 2015 grew by 4.7% year-on-year, according to the latest numbers, released today by the National Statistical Service (NSS). It said also that the 12-month inflation in 2015 September was 3.3%.

According to NSS data, economic activity in January-September 2015 grew by 3.7% when compared to the same period of 2014.

The government’s projection of inflation for this year is 4% (± 1.5%). Its GDP growth forecast is 4.1%. -0-
