VTB Bank (Armenia) and MasterCard encourage employees dealing with sale of banking cards

YEREVAN, December 4. /ARKA/. VTB Bank (Armenia) and MasterCard international payment system have completed a special incentive campaign designed to encourage the bank’s employees dealing with sale of Cirrus / Maestro, MasterCard Standard and MasterCard Gold banking cards. It was the second incentive campaign of the bank, the latter said in a press release.

According to the press release, the employees engaged in the sale of MasterCard cards from August 1 to October 30, 2015 were awarded bonuses, while 20 employees with the best results were allowed to participate in a raffle of prizes. The winner of the monetary prize was financial consultant Mkhitar Mkhitaryan from a branch in the town of Aparan.

This incentive campaign was launched in May 2015, resulting in a substantial growth in sales of Cirrus / Maestro, MasterCard Standard and MasterCard Gold cards, VTB Bank (Armenia) said.
VTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Yuri Gusev is quoted as saying that incentive campaigns are instrumental in raising the professional skills and motivation of employees.

“We appreciate our colleagues who are not only professional, but also show initiative and commitment,’ he said.
