NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange director appointed as secretary general of FEAS

YEREVAN, May 17. /ARKA/. The director of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, Konstantin Saroyan, was appointed as secretary general of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS).

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange joined the executive council of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges in November 2016. It has been a member of FEAS since 2002.

The Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges was founded in 1995 to promote the development of the capital markets in Europe, Asia and the Mediterranean. To date, it has 30 members. -0-

Moody’s upgrades Converse Bank’s ratings

Moody's Ratings has upgraded Converse Bank CJSC's long-term local and foreign currency bank deposit ratings to Ba3 from B1, aligning the Bank’s rating with Armenia’s sovereign rating.

USD, EUR and RUB exchange rates rise against Armenian dram 

The average market exchange rate of the U.S. dollar to the Armenian dram on May 21, 2025, rose by 0.14 points to AMD 385.06 compared to May 20.
