Armeconombank appoints new executive director

YEREVAN, July 12. /ARKA/. Armeconombank’s board has appointed Aram Khachatryan as new executive director, according to the bank’s website.

Aram Khachatryan was born in 1983. He has successfully graduated from the State Engineering University of Armenia.

He has been working in Armeconombank since 2006 – the last five year as chief of the bank’s audit management unit.

Armeconombank OJSC, registered by the central bank on August 26, 1991, is the first bank in Armenia to be reorganized into a joint stock organization.

Its shareholders are Saribek Sukiasyan – 31.32%, Khachatur Sukiasyan – 13.77%, Robert Sukiasyan – 14.15%, Eduard Sukiasyan – 10.64% and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – 5.04%. –0—
