Armed man broke into bank branch and stole 100 million drams

YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. A man who broke today morning into a branch of a bank in the Yerevan Mall shopping center and, threatening with a gas pistol, stole a large sum of money was disarmed on the spot by security officers and citizens and detained, the Police said.
According to Police, the man stole 100 million drams (about $200,000). The Police said investigation teams were working on the spot. -0-
