Unibank unveils new mortgage loan designed for buyers of apartments in Diamond Hills complex

YEREVAN, March 23. /ARKA/. Unibank has announced today a special mortgage loan designed for those who want to buy an apartment in Yerevan’s Diamond Hills premium-class housing complex.

The bank said in a press release that a buyer of housing in Diamond Hills can apply for a mortgage loan with a repayment period from 120 to 180 months and 10% down payment.

The loan is provided with an annual interest rate of 10.9%. The loan amount is up to 75 million drams. The housing buyers are eligible to income tax refund. 

Diamond Hills residential complex is built in the busiest part of the Nork district in Yerevan at the intersection of Armenakyan and Hovsepyan streets. It is a multifunctional, comfortable residential complex consisting of three buildings with modern architecture and beautiful views from the windows. Construction of Diamond Hills will be completed in March 2024. –0–
