From now on, all banks operating in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will not charge commissions when servicing the cards of another Artsakh bank, and in case of technical impossibility, the commission amount is to be returned to the cardholder the next day, the Artsakh Information Headquarters said.

It said the decision was prompted by the problems articulated by the locals and taking into account the situation, discussions were held with the Central Bank of Armenia, after which all the banks functioning in Artsakh were offered the above-mentioned regulation.

All the banks have agreed and expressed their willingness to ensure the implementation of this decision, the Information Headquarters said.
