Armenian Central Bank leaves key interest rate unchanged

YEREVAN, March 14. /ARKA/. Armenian Central Bank’s Board has decided today to leave

its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 10.75%.

It has neither revised the Lombard repo rate leaving it at 12.25%. The borrowing rate for local banks has also been left unchanged at 9.25%, the regulator’s press service reported.

The previous revision of the key rate by the Central Bank was on December 13, 2022, when it raised the rate by 0.25 percentage points to 10.75%. -0-
