Foreign investors interested in Armenia’s government bonds – Head of Finance Ministry

YEREVAN, October 31. /ARKA/. Foreign institutional investors are interested in Armenian government  bonds,  Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan said at parliamentary hearings on the draft state budget for 2024.

“I don’t agree that there is a demand for government bonds because of the liquidity surplus. Yes, we have a liquidity surplus, but the fact that foreign institutional investors are interested in our bonds shows that indeed our country and securities are very attractive,” he said.
